I definitely didn't get here overnight .
In fact, quite the opposite...
I did what most people are taught to go to college get a degree and then go get a good job or career. Well after graduating I realized the jobs and income I was being offered didn't measure to what I expected so I went back to school and got my Masters. After that I thought now I should be able to get a good paying job. Fortunately I found out early in life that corporate America will NEVER pay you your true worth. I realized early in Life that I was a trail blazer and an out of the box thinker.
So I began my journey 20 years ago as a mobile notary than I became a real estate investor and defaulted to a real estate agent only to realize the real money is made on the investment side (I thought I could double dip). The amount of money I made in my 20's was amazing my first real estate investment deal I made was $80K and I was only 26. I knew from that point on I would never leave real estate. However; in 2008 when the market had its financial melt down so did I. I had to reinvent myself and discover multiple streams of income and to diversify my assets. The real estate melt down taught me to NEVER keep all your eggs in one basket.
Contrary to popular belief, Real Estate is like gambling. You can win big and lose big. However, I am a living witness that you can become a millionaire doing real estate but no one really teaches you the smart way to invest. The smart way is to NEVER risk, your cash, credit, or income. And my mission is to unveil the secrets that no one taught me.
I did it differently than most...
I literally made a point to try every investment niche under the sun when it came to Real Estate.
There are many variations of how you can learn about real estate. However I like to take the approach of doing things against the status quo.

Traveling and learning new cultures invigorates me. I love going to different countries and being inspired how other cultures live.
I'm a foodie. I love all types of food. Fun Fact when God was handing out cooking spoons he missed me 2xs. So although I love eating all types of food I'm not the best cook.
I enjoy hiking and going to the gym. You can find me at the gym at least 3xs a week (that's my free therapy session) - the gym.
